All Boho Candles are made to order, so please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be processed and your items to be made.

- Standard Large letter (3-5 business days) £1.30.
- Free delivery on all orders over the value of £40 (excluding postage costs)</li>
Shipping costs are non refundable.
RETURNS
I am happy to refund your product in the event of any damage or default where Boho Candle is considered at fault, within 30 days of purchase.
Unfortunately I will be unable to process any refund if it appears that your candle has not been burnt correctly in line with the candle care instructions in the candle care section of this website.
Please be advised to fully read these upon purchasing to ensure the best possible burning experience.
Sale Items
Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded, unless an error has been made on our part.
Please also ensure you get proof of postage for your own records as we cannot be held liable for items that do not reach us.
